Our Returns & Cancellations Policy
At K9 Turf Ltd, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If you need to return or cancel your order, please review our policy below.
14-Day Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return period for all eligible products purchased from K9Turf.co.uk. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided the product is:
- Unused and in its original condition.
- In its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@k9turf.co.uk or call 01405 448033 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Return Process
- Contact our team to request a return and obtain your RMA number.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging.
- Include the RMA number and a copy of your order confirmation or receipt.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge if they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@k9turf.co.uk or 01405 448033. If your order has already been dispatched, it will be subject to our standard return policy.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Custom-made or cut-to-size products.
- Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@k9turf.co.uk or 01405 448033. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover any associated return shipping costs.
